I have bought a BMWz4 a month ago. The sales manager Chad is the son of the owner, he was very friendly, thoughtful, make purchase procedure done very smoothly, high efficient arrangement for customer's best convenience. The car so far running decent besides safe belt warning error and a little sound (maybe because of car's yr). I meant when I tested drive, I can see they're take care of the car well. Before that, I have had some bad experience with other dealers, their way seems normal now days: they always try to fool me, at the last moment add thousands dollars to the listing price with stupid reason like they did inspection for me to make sure the car is under condition can drive, which they should do it , or hide some negative features not be honest to customers, - I didn't feel that way at all at here. Everything seems transparent, I think they're professional, trustable and friendly, so I would highly recommend.
